Bert TerHorst

You might say that Bert got into the real estate business from the ground up.  While working for construction and project management companies in the Netherlands, he was a project manager and supervisor.  He also worked for NATO in Germany, which explains his fluency in both Dutch and German.  His work included preparing major renovation projects involving apartment buildings and army property, and served as on-site liaison with both architects and consultants.
Ownership of his own consulting bureau honed Bert's strong management skills.  His company managed building contracts, prepared technical maintenance projects for institutional organizations, and performed professional home inspections.  His skills were in demand for assessing structural damages and planning renovation projects, including some in Kelowna and Penticton.

Bert now applies his considerable background in architecture, project management, property management, and construction to the real estate market.  No matter what your Kelowna or Okanagan real estate needs might be, Bert TerHorst will provide you with professional and personable service based on high ethical standards.

Nancy TerHorst

Nancy, Marketing Coordinator on the "TerHorst Team", worked several years as a Travel Agent in the Netherlands. She then worked in the Human Resources department for N.A.T.O in Germany.
In Kelowna she worked in the Tourism industry and was a Property Manager for owners of condo vacation rentals.

Nancy now applies her skills in management, marketing & sales and client service, as Marketing Coordinator in the TerHorst Team with Realty Executives Kelowna. Nancy is fluent in the Dutch and German language and through her sphere of influence she has connections in and knowledge of the European real estate buyers market.
